14-day window
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will guide you through the process.
Condition
For safety and purity, opened or unsealed botanicals cannot be returned. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right promptly.
