We ship all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS) and Free of charge. Depending on the weight of the order, it will ship first class or priority mail service.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation; however, the vast majority of the orders ship same day. We also provide a tracking number with each and every order. Depending on the destination and whether is first class or priority: the shipping time may vary from 2 days to 5 days. More than 90% of orders are delivered within the first 3 days.

RESPONSIBILITY

SNF guarantees that all products ordered through supernaturalforest.net are of the highest quality and that you will receive the product. If any error is made on the address while placing the order, we are not responsible for the loss of the parcel; however, we will work with our customers to ensure we retrieve that order if possible and re-ship it.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, the buyer will bear the cost of shipping and returning the product. The maximum period for requesting a return is seven calendar days from receiving the order.

Before making this return, the buyer must contact us within the indicated period through mhrbsale@gmail.com, where we will show how to proceed with the return. No returns will be made if it has not been accepted before.

The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories and original documentation to accept the return. The item to be returned must be adequately packed for its return. SNF will not refund or resend any merchandise until it has verified the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the returned or exchanged item.

The refunded amount will be the cost initially indicated in the order, and the refund will be made according to the payment method used by the buyer.

Defective original product

When SNF receives a defective product, it will send you another one. The exchange will be made for the same item in this situation. You will only be charged for the first shipment, and SNF will pay for the return and reshipment. If you wish to exchange for another item, please let us know.
